From the airport you take I-80 East (Ogden/Provo/Cheyenne) to I-15 South to Provo. Stay on I-15 south approximately 15 miles to exit # 297 or 106 S (10600 S). When you exit turn Left onto 10600 S., go to the 2nd light at State Street (you will go through 1 light and will turn left at the 2nd light on State Street). At the 3rd light you will turn Left onto 10000 S./Sego Lily. You will turn Left at the first place just past the 2nd office building on the Left then turn right into the parking lot on the right for our building (the 3rd building with red brick and green glass windows – One Sandy Center). Enter under the canopy to the elevators just inside on the Left. Go to the 3rd floor, exit and make a Left and another Left, and go to the office on the right at the end of the hallway.

From the airport you will take I-80 East (Ogden/Provo) to I-15 South to Provo. Stay on I-15 S. approximately 10 miles to exit on 4500 S. When you exit you will turn Left and go to State Street. At State St you will turn Right and go to 4800 S (approx 1 mi). At 4800 S. you will take a Left on 4800 S. and go about ½ block to Center Street. The office is on your Right on the Southeast corner (a one story flat roof brick office). Park in the lot across the street on the West side of Center street.

From the airport you will take I-80 East (Ogden/Provo) to I-15 South to Provo. Stay on I-15 S approximately 14 miles. Exit on 9000 S. When you exit you will turn Left onto 9000 S. You will go East approximately 4 miles to 1300 E. (9000 S. will turn into 9400 S.) You will take a Right on 1300 E. and just as you go through the 1st light (passing Alta View Hospital campus) you will take a Left into the Office building lot of the 3 story glass building. It will say JOLLEY’S PHARMACY on the front. Park in the lot and go in the front door. It will be the last office on the Left at the back of the building.

From the airport you will go straight out on Bangerter Hwy. Approximately 5 miles to 2100 S. (Hwy. 201 W.) You will turn Right onto Highway 201 W. to 8400 W. approximately 5 miles and turn Left. You will go on 8400 W. to 3500 S. approximately 2 miles and turn Left onto 3500 S. going East about ½ block and Magna Clinic will be on your Right in a Shopping Center with a Smith’s grocery. Magna Clinic is on the North Side of the building.
